StaffAdore is a Pakistan-based startup brand providing professional services including but not limited to web development, e-commerce store creation, brand setup, digital advertising management, and complete online business solutions.
Eligibility
StaffAdore services are available to users of all ages. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Scope of Services
StaffAdore provides services strictly on a best-effort basis. While we follow industry standards and aim for successful outcomes, we do not guarantee profits, revenue, sales, or business success.
Payments & Pricing
- An advance payment of 40% is required before work begins.
- The advance payment is non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled, the paid amount will remain as credit and may be used for future services.
- Remaining payments may be collected based on project progress or agreement.
- Maintenance or long-term services may be charged monthly or yearly, based on user preference.
No Refund Policy
StaffAdore does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All payments made are considered service credits if services are discontinued.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Share required access (stores, ad accounts, tools) for service delivery
- Respond in a timely manner to project-related communication
- Understand that delays caused by the client may affect timelines
Third-Party Platforms
StaffAdore may use third-party platforms such as Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, AI tools, and other systems to deliver services. These platforms operate under their own terms and policies. StaffAdore is not responsible for changes, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
Service Liability
StaffAdore takes full responsibility for proper delivery of agreed services. However, we are not responsible for business outcomes, profit margins, advertising performance, or market behavior.
Termination of Services
Clients may terminate services at any time. In such cases:
- The advance payment remains non-refundable
- The amount will be stored as credit for future services
- No cash refunds will be issued
Data Usage & Privacy
Client data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not store card or banking information. Payment proof may be stored for record-keeping purposes only.
Intellectual Property
Any content, designs, or materials created by StaffAdore remain the property of StaffAdore until full payment is completed. After completion, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
StaffAdore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or platform-related issues.
Policy Updates
StaffAdore may update these Terms from time to time. Clients who have taken services will be notified of updates via email.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the local courts of Pakistan.
